The RAW Hydrostone works great as a straight forward method for maintaining humidity.  Ideally suited to work in a well sealed container, such as a Mason jar.  It can also be used in tobacco pouches when on the go.  It provides a trickle of humidity to protect your smokeables from drying out, in the same manner as adding it to brown sugar.  A tried and true method that has been used by connoisseurs for generations.
