Payment Information

E-Transfer - Email or Electronic Funds Transfer

We are happy to accept e-transfers for payment.  Before your order will be processed and shipped we must receive your e-transfer.  If you delay in sending your transfer, your order will also be delayed.

We've set up auto-deposit for our business.  If your financial institution participates, your electronic money transfer will automatically be deposited once you send it and you will not be prompted to provide a security question or answer. 

If you are required to supply a question and answer by your financial institution, please email the security question answer to info@GoodfellasCigarShop.com.  Include your order number, name and email in the message.

International Electronic Transfers

Many banks and credit unions do not allow e-transfers outside your local country.  If you're shopping from outside Canada, you should verify that you're able to send an email or electronic money transfer to Canada before checking out and selecting the e-transfer payment option.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express

To protect ourselves and our customers from fraud, some purchases of a higher value require a second validation step to ensure the legitimate owner of the card is making the purchase. 

We will charge the credit card a nominal amount, less than $10.  If your order is subject to this additional step, we will contact you and ask you for the exact dollar value of the small transaction.  Once you verify the amount of the transaction, it will be refunded and your order total will then be charged.

This is a one time process, once you are verified you will not have to go through the verification process again for future orders.

Visa Debit & M/C Debit

We're happy to accept Debit cards online that are backed by Visa and M/C.  If you're debit card has the Visa or MasterCard symbol, you should be able to use it to check out as normal.
