Brigham's compact cylinder pipe tool offers an affordable version of a tool that typically costs quite more.  The closed container isolates your tools inside to contain both grime and smell.  The cylinder is double threaded; simply unscrew the bottom to reveal the tamper or unscrew the top to reveal the scraper.
