According to Mac Baren, this is the strongest tobacco they produce. Not recommended for inexperienced pipe smokers. HH Bold Kentucky contains a high amount of the finest dark fired Kentucky from the USA and Africa, and is combined with bright Virginias to soften the taste just a bit. The profile is quite earthy with just a slight nuance of spice and sweetness as the underlying taste. Very strong in nicotine, with full bodied flavours of wood, hickory smokiness, earth, and spice which make this one to be savoured and enjoyed slowly, and preferably after a meal, or with a good stiff beverage of choice.
